Was bedeutet das für dich?

•Abonnements:

Dein aktuelles Abonnement endet automatisch mit der Abschaltung der App. Solltest du vorab kündigen wollen, steht dir gemäß unseren AGB das Recht auf eine außerordentliche Kündigung zu, wenn dich die Einstellung der App unangemessen benachteiligt.

•Rückerstattung:

Falls du eine Rückerstattung für den ungenutzten Teil deines Abonnements beantragen möchtest, kannst du dies direkt über den App-Store tun, über den du die App gekauft hast:

Falls du über diese Plattformen keine Rückerstattung beantragen kannst, wende dich bitte direkt an uns unter [email protected], und wir prüfen eine mögliche anteilige Rückerstattung gemäß unseren AGB.

Bitte sichere alle Daten und Informationen, die dir wichtig sind, da nach dem 31. Januar 2025 kein Zugriff mehr auf die App möglich sein wird.

We would like to inform you that the Lovesupport App will be discontinued on 02.02.2025. From this date onward, the app will no longer be available, and all services will cease.

What does this mean for you?

•Subscriptions:

Your current subscription will automatically end with the discontinuation of the app. If you wish to cancel your subscription earlier, you are entitled to an extraordinary cancellation under our Terms and Conditions, provided the app’s discontinuation places you at an unreasonable disadvantage.

•Refunds:

If you wish to request a refund for the unused portion of your subscription, you can do so directly via the app store where you purchased the app:
